Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please take note that we have updated our return policy. We now operate on a No Return policy, with returns considered only at our discretion.

1. Returns

We generally do not accept returns. However, we may, at our discretion, consider a return request under exceptional circumstances. If a return is approved, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
  • You must provide the original proof of purchase or receipt.
  • The return must be requested within a reasonable time frame after receiving the item.

To request a return, please contact us at info@enteksys.com. Please do not send any items back without first receiving approval for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@enteksys.com so we can evaluate the issue and determine the best course of action.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable under any circumstances. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period still applies. If you are located within the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days from receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

6. Refunds

If a return is approved, we will notify you once the item has been received and inspected. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
